Following their mission “creating attention & impact”, cynapsis interactive develops solutions for all aspects of digital display campaigning, with a focus on programmatic and CRM-based advertising, including dynamic content optimization.
“We did build an event-driven DSP using external events (for example volatility of the German stock exchange, weather-data, sports-data, etc.) to calculate whether addressing a certain user is currently really efficient. These calculations have to be done and sent back to the SSP within a maximum of 80ms.
As those calculations – invoking all further targeting data and DMP-Data of customers – already need their time themselves, we were searching for a way to lower the time for sending responses, gaining the time for the calculations mentioned.
As long as we did not have the Datapath.io solution, we had to extend caching, lowering the quality of our services”.
